Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your BOLDLY SENT. apparel! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- BOLDLY SENT is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
Exchanges:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the replacement item
- Exchanges are subject to availability
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that show signs of wear or washing
- Items without original tags
