SHIPPING POLICY

At BOLDLY SENT. Apparel, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping information below.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - Starting at $10
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - Starting at $20
  • FREE SHIPPING: Available on all orders over $150

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates start at $20 and vary based on destination and package weight. Delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on location and customs processing.

Important International Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • International orders may experience delays due to customs processing
  • We are not responsible for packages held or returned by customs

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. All shipments include tracking information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, BOLDLY SENT. Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
